Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty (ASIR) is one branch of a much larger organization that dates back to 1744. The part of Sotheby's that is connected to real estate deals in ultra luxury homes. Customers of ASIR receive a plethora of benefits not offered by most other real estate companies. The "Sold" guide is a book for seller's, produced in house, that explains all of the benefits that are offered when a client lists their home with ASIR. Internal Marketing, flyers, informational materials, magazine and newspaper advertisements, directional signs, postcards, and brochures are all designed and/or produced in house. In order to uphold the standards of Sotheby's International Realty, all deliverables are created with timelessness and elegance in mind.
